What could be more representative as an activity for us as Dimash fans than listening to music. Good music. The best, for us. And while we're listening, let's listen to it where and how we should. We will try to give as comprehensive a description as possible of how we are used to doing this.
ABOUT SPOTIFY
Spotify is a digital music, podcast, and video service that gives you access to millions of songs and other content from creators all over the world. Basic functions such as playing music are totally free, but you can also choose to upgrade to Spotify Premium (€5/month).
Premium accounts
Just like YouTube – premium accounts save us from ads. That’s how all platforms work – they don’t work for free, they collect money from paid accounts or ads. That’s how artists who are registered on them can get paid.
Some say Spotify pays between $0.003 and $0.005/stream, others that artists are paid separately, the pure truth only they know. Either way, such details don’t interest us much.
The important thing is to know that a song has to be listened to many times for the artist to be truly financially rewarded for it.
Dears on Spotify
Many of us are already on Spotify and possibly stream Dimash's music as much as 5 more, so it's important to know, as dedicated Dears, that:
- we can make a Spotify account – free version, search for Dimash Qudaibergen, and follow him
- make a playlist – and add songs by him and other artists we like; playlists should have at least 50 songs; we can also add the same song several times, but not consecutively (or the same song on the first and last position)
- turn the volume up to over 50% (we use headphones, we don’t want our neighbours to hate us)
- try not to skip Dimash songs when we get to them in the playlist

Dimash on Spotify
Unlike other (social) platforms - Spotify being a commercial one, it's important that Dimash has more popularity here; that way, his songs can appear as suggestions in the accounts of other Spotify users who don't know about him yet, and he can get new fans.
Dimash doesn't rank very well on Spotify (33,000+), but we can help.
Dears, if you need any further information or help, you can contact us, here or on social media.
With much love,
