BAQYTTY BALA
“Baqytty Bala” (Happy Child) – is an international vocal competition, in which children between the ages of 10 and 16 participate every year since 2018.
2023 Event
This year, more than 250 young vocalists from Spain, the UK, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Mauritius, Moldova, South Korea, Bulgaria, Germany, the Netherlands and all cities and regions of Kazakhstan applied for the competition.
20 young talents from Qazaqstan, Russia, Estonia, Spain and Mauritius will compete for the Grand Prize of the competition on the main stage of Aqtobe – “Oner Ortalygy” on August 14th and 15th.
2023 JURY
The competitors’ performances are judged by an international jury, whose members are renowned artists, teachers and composers.
History and organizers
The competition was organized by the Aqtobe authorities and the “DimashAli” Creative Centre. The contest is supported by entrepreneurs and creative teams from Aqtobe, as well as the national TV channel “Qazaqstan”.
“Happy Child” is an unique project, which has become a brand of Aqtobe.
A total of 420 applications were submitted in 2018, while in the following year, 2019, the number of applications exceeded 500.
The 2020 competition did not take place, but returned in 2021 and was held in 2022 and in 2023 is scheduled on 14-15 August.
DIMASH QUDAIBERGEN
The difference between “Baqytty Bala” and other events is that Dimash Qudaibergen is the soul of the competition.
He is a guiding star for millions of children and an example of how to fight for a dream.
The winner of “Baqytty Bala” has the chance to perform in one of Dimash’s future concerts.
The 2018 winner – Nargiz Zhanuzakova, from Aqtobe was invited to perform in Dimash’s London concert.
