“Daybreak” – both music and lyrics by Han Hong is the second Chinese song Dimash performs in the competition. The composer adopted a 2-year-old boy named Han Houhou, who had lost his parents on October 3, 1999, in an accident due to the Maling River Gorge cable car disaster. She commemorates this with this song.
Dimash’s version was arranged by Erlan Bekchurin.
