Altay Fest 2026
As the final act of the evening, Dimash Qudaibergen concluded a remarkable program that showcased performers from Azerbaijan, Bashkortostan, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Karakalpakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Turkey, Tuva, and Uzbekistan.
According to reports, the festival attracted an audience of approximately 50,000 people, reflecting the wide public interest in the cultural gathering.

Dimash’s set moved between neoclassical interpretations such as “Olympico” and “Ave Maria,” energetic tracks including “Golden,” “Smoke,” “Give Me Your Love” and “Weekend,” and deeply emotional songs like “Love of Tired Swans,” “Unforgettable Day,” “Mahabbat Ber Magan,” “Just Let It Be” and “Samal,” his original composition performed by Nurzhas Sadyrbayev.
Accompanied by his team of musicians, dancers, and vocalists, Dimash highlighted the richness of Kazakh musical traditions while presenting songs from different eras of his career, including the contemporary folk arrangement of “Aqerke,” “Tau Ishinde,” “Durdaraz,” “Stranger,” and the traditional kui “Adai.”

The concert program featured artists representing various cultures of the Turkic world and beyond, with performances by Sarmad (Kazakhstan), Hazina (Bashkortostan), Subedei Samdyn from Agula and OT (Mongolia), Aizana (Tuva), Efendi (Azerbaijan), Alisher Bayniyazov (Karakalpakstan), NOX (Hungary), Sevarahon Tulanova (Uzbekistan), JAX (Kyrgyzstan), Alatau Serileri (Kazakhstan), and Murat Yaprak (Turkey). Together, the performers highlighted the diversity of regional musical traditions, blending folk heritage with contemporary sounds.
