About YouTube clips
Clips are a new way for you to share favorite moments from videos or live streams.
With Clips, you can share 5-60 seconds of an existing content to highlight that must-watch moment.
Clips will have their own shareable links, but they don’t create new videos — they’re only pointers to existing videos or streams.
The clipped segment will play and loop on the underlying watch page, and anyone who watches the clip can easily check out your full video or stream.
All metrics like views, watch time and ad revenue will be attributed to your original video.

Our competition will be called #DiClips
What does it mean?
It means that you will make videos of official Dimash videos (linked videos, not screen recordings) and share them on the internet.
They will all be saved in “Your clips” on your YouTube account and will also tell you how many views they have generated.
You can find tutorials about the clips above, both for mobile and laptop.
The Dimash Dear with the most views at the end of July 2024 for the clips made and with which Dimash’s music will be distributed on the internet in this highly effective way will receive a $100 YouTube premium subscription from us.
Depending on the country where the winner lives (as this subscription is priced differently in each country), this prize can be worth from 5-6 months up to 50 months of YouTube premium.
The grand prize is actually the number of views we managed to get for the official Dimash videos, and this prize will surely be appreciated by all participants!
What is the main purpose of the videos in general?
Their role is to highlight a particular moment in any Dimash performance (clips can be between 5 and 60 seconds long) that you like and find captivating, so that anyone who clicks on the clip will be curious to see the full Dimash video.
And this can be done extremely easily once that person views your clip (there’s a big button there – Watch the full video).
