Few musicians do not play any instrument. Dimash is no exception - but he plays several.
Before we list all the instruments Dimash plays, here is a 3-minute video starting the 3rd part of the Stranger tour, Almaty, September 2022 – with an obvious demonstration.

Dimash Qudaibergen plays piano, dombra, drums, guitar, marimba and bayan.
PIANO
Dimash started playing the piano at the age of 5.
At the age of 6 he was already winning a piano competition (Ainalayin).
DOMBRA

One of Dimash’s favorites, for sure.
He never misses a chance to play this instrument in front of an audience.

DRUMS

Marimba
Compared to the xylophone, the marimba timbre is deeper, more resonant and tends to have a lower range.
Dimash's voice
But the most successful instrument when it comes to Dimash is his voice itself, which sometimes sounds like other instruments.

The concert in Yerevan, Armenia in April 2023 brought us this big surprise.
