Dimash Qudaibergen and Hunan TV launch Voice Beyond Horizon
On September 1, Dimash Qudaibergen revealed one of the most significant collaborations of his career: an international musical reality show called Voice Beyond Horizon. He will serve as the executive producer, working closely with Hunan Broadcasting System and its CEO, Cai Huaijun, to bring the project to life.
Nearly ten years after his unforgettable debut on Hunan TV’s Singer, Dimash returns in a completely new capacity – not just as a performer, but as the creative force behind a show designed to bring together talented vocalists from across the globe.
Showcasing Kazakhstan to the world
Filming for Voice Beyond Horizon is already underway in Kazakhstan, from September 8 to 29. The production will take place across four stunning locations – Turkistan, Almaty, Aktau, and Astana – chosen to highlight the country’s cultural heritage and natural beauty.
Vocalists from around the globe will journey through these regions, participating in the show while experiencing Kazakhstan’s landscapes, traditions, and warm hospitality. With this project, Dimash aims to introduce millions of viewers worldwide to the richness of his homeland, strengthen cultural connections, and promote tourism in Kazakhstan.
From contestant to executive producer
This collaboration represents a full-circle moment in Dimash’s artistic journey. Nearly ten years ago, his appearance on Singer introduced him to audiences in China and around the world, launching his global career. Now, with Voice Beyond Horizon, he returns to Hunan TV in an entirely new role – as the initiator and executive producer of an ambitious international project.
