STRANGER IN NEW YORK CITY
Dimash Qudaibergen made history as the first Kazakh singer to headline Madison Square Garden, sharing Kazakh music on one of the world’s most famous stages. The concert showed his incredible talent and artistry in the most genuine way – years of hard work, dedication, and the love and support of his family, friends, and his fans, the Dears, who have always been by his side.
The concert opened with the anthems of the United States and Qazaqstan, a powerful moment that set the tone for the night. Dimash’s performance of the Qazaq anthem was captured in a stunning video, which his mother, Svetlana Aitbayeva, shared on Instagram, giving fans a glimpse of the emotion and pride that filled the arena. A special highlight of the evening was Walter Afanasieff joining Dimash on stage for “Love’s Not Over Yet,” the song he composed. Dimash’s amazing voice and Walter’s legendary touch came together on stage, creating a moment hard to forget and showing just how special their collaboration was.
